The Lawyer:
W. McFarland ("Mack") Bagby has more than
35 years of experience in the courtroom. He
has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial
Law since 1978. He obtained his B.B.A. from
the University of Texas in 1967, and his law degree
from the University of Texas School of Law in
1968. Mr. Bagby served as a Judge Advocate in
the United States Air Force from 1968 to 1972.
Upon completion of his service, he joined DeVore,
Bagby & Ross, the largest law firm in Arlington
at the time, founded by his father, William L.
Bagby. In 1976 Mr. Bagby began a solo
practice specializing in personal injury law.
He continued in solo practice until being joined by
his son in 1994 when the Bagby Law Firm, P.C. was
founded. Mr. Bagby is a member of State Bar of
Texas, American Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers
Association, Tarrant County Trial Lawyers
Association, and past president of the Arlington Bar
Association.

The Person:
Mack Bagby was born in Tuscon, Arizona. He and his wife have been happily
married for over 40 years. He enjoys spending his
spare time at home on the "wildlife preserve" where he
protects deer, dove, quail, and turkey. Mack is an avid
outdoorsman and nature lover who has recently been
studying the intricacies of proper pond
management. He and his grandson can often be
found "paddling" around the lake on the
weekend. They both share the goal of one day
having a lake
full of trophy bass. Mack is a member of
Trinity United Methodist Church in Arlington.
