At the Bagby Law
Firm, P.C., we are constantly guided by three
principles...experience, integrity, and
perseverance. We have found that by
adhering to these principles, success and client
satisfaction naturally follow.
|
|
Experience
. . .
|
Our attorneys have
more than 50 years of combined legal
experience. W. McFarland Bagby has been Board
Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law for more
than 25 years. The knowledge, skill, and
understanding developed over these years is
unmatched by many attorneys and gives our firm the
competitive edge that is needed in the legal
industry.

|
Integrity
. . .
|
Someone who is
considering hiring an attorney to pursue a claim or
litigation should know that the reputation of your
"claim" is often determined by the
reputation of your "attorney." We
have worked hard through the years to develop a
reputation of integrity among the bar and
judiciary. Our firm is rated as "very
high to preeminent legal ability and very high
ethical standards" by Martindale-Hubble Law
Directory. We take great care in the cases and
clients we accept, pursuing only
"meritorious" claims. For those
clients we do accept, they can rest assured that we
will represent them with integrity.

|
Perseverance
. . .
|
In our civil
justice system today, there are a number of
alternative dispute resolution methods which allow
the large majority of cases to settle without going
to trial. There are many times when settlement is
in the client's best interest. Nevertheless, a
good settlement will not be possible unless both the
attorney and the client are willing and able to go
to trial. At the Bagby Law Firm, P.C., we
recognize the importance perseverance plays in every
case. We commit to every client that we will
work hard, work long, and prepare their case with
determination. We will promote settlement
where settlement is in the client's best
interest. When, however, trial is
necessary...we will be ready.
